The "Wow" Factor

Wilde Toyota in Milwaukee is home to a totally custom Tundra display that customers are not likely to see anywhere else. "It's amazing to say the least," offers Wilde Truck Champion Loren Woyach.

With the full support of Wilde management, Loren worked with Iron Mountain Custom Displays to create the Tundra rotisserie. This device can literally spin the fluid-drained vehicle so that customers can see it from every angle.

The idea of a display like this occurred to Loren when visiting a boat show back in February. "We brought the new Tundra to the show in Milwaukee and, as I was talking to people about the Tundra's many unique features, I was seeing 70-year-old men trying to get a look under the truck. I thought they'd be wowed if they came to the dealership and could see the underside of the truck without crawling on their hands and knees."

It's the centerpiece of a Toyota Truck display that includes a new accessories area. The rotisserie serves as a perfect tool for Sales Associates to use when presenting the Tundra's many features. Loren adds, "It's a great attraction that supplements our focus on training and building product knowledge."

Since its debut on May 4, Loren says the display has had broad appeal. "Every single customer who comes into the dealership, regardless of what they're here for, is completely wowed  at the sight of a three-ton vehicle spinning on a display."

"Wow," indeed!
