Outstanding salesman. It's nice to go car shopping and not be pressured. When we told Jamie what we were looking for,he took his time to show us all the vehicles and test drive any that we wanted. We would recommend Wilde to all of our friends who might be looking for a new or used vehicle.
Thank YouLori J Konop,
I needed a car because my son didn't like being dropped off at school by his mother. I Wilde I met Gavin, he and his manager were very professional. Gavin was able to help me narrow my search to a new red Corolla S. Getting a great price was quick and simple. Also they had the car I wanted and I was able to take home with me very quickly! Gavin talks to me on a regular basis to make sure all is well with me and my Corolla. In 10 or 15 years when I need a new car(it is a Toyota!) i will go see him again.
Thanks,Kim,
I started car research on the internet with a few different dealers (Toyota. I knew the car I wanted, because I researched the one I liked from Toyota's main website. I sent in request for quote to a few different dealers. Within a very short time, less than 2hrs I received a response back from Erica (internet sales) with a quote. (the other dealers took much longer, in fact a day or two. Thus I knew Wilde was interested in my business, and they had the car I wanted.
So in follow up, sent a few mails back and forth between Erica and I asking questions and receiving quick responses. I liked that much. I sent the final mail, and it took a little longer (this was a day or two later) and found out Erica was on vacation. But somehow Chad got the mail and responded to me. I was very pleased with the whole initial process, especially since I hadn't bought a car in over 6 yrs.
It then proceeded to phone calls, and more questions and great answers. all I talked with walked me through everything and took the time to answer my questions carefully. I also really liked that they all took this time. I decided I wanted to buy the car, and put a down payment hold on it, and setup an appointment. This was in early afternoon. had a couple of other questions regarding where I was going in the dealer for my appointment (as dealers are big places) got phone call later that same evening at like 8pm. I was surprised that so much time was taken to really take care of my needs, and as of this point I had not even talked to anyone in person. was all by phone & email.
It continued to get better when I showed up for my appointment to buy the car. Everyone involved was very nice, and took care of me very well. My salesperson Danney was great. I found him, and immediately he asked if I needed coffee or water or something before we even got started. When we were getting into looking at what it would take to get this done, he explained all of the paperwork, and if I had a question as to if I filled everything out OK, or was missing anything, or filled out wrong, he was right there to help (I am meticulous and want to make sure everything is right) after initial paperwork was submitted, he took the time to go thru all of the manuals and explained everything in detail. (in all this time I got to meet Chris and a few others at the dealer too and all were very friendly and great)
As soon as we got done at the desk with books and paperwork, Danney took me out to see my new car, and it was awesome, clean and shiny, explained some of the features at that time and generally got to look it over which was awesome. After we got back in the paperwork was ready in financing, and I got to meet the finance person (forgive me I can't remember his name right now) but he was great too, explaining every piece of paperwork in detail, explaining the coverages available. He also worked hard to get the monthly payment where I wanted it and it was right on target. Everything in finance went real smoothly too just like the rest of my experience so far.
After getting done with all of the paperwork and particulars of moneys and such. I got to go out to my new car with the keys. Danney took me out and showed me some more of what the car does now that we could start it up. (also by the time I was out of finance my license plates were already transferred) so when I got out to take possession of my new car everything was ready. After thanking everybody involved for a great experience, better than I have ever had buying a car before, I was on my way home with my new car yaaay!
I really loved working with everybody at the dealer, and found it really enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Wilde to anyone that asks me to buy a car. It is an Awesome dealership, and everyone is wonderful to work with. I recommend that Wilde gets a five star dealer award, or whatever is available for the whole dealership, because everybody there really deserves it!
Thanks all for the great experience and all the help. I look forward to seeing you when I bring it in for scheduled service. and also when I am looking to replace my baby (car).
Thank you very much for everything,Adam Spaeth,
Dino was very helpful in answering all the questions I had about the car I was interested in purchasing. He wanted to make sure I knew the differences between the LE and the SE which is what I was interested in buying. As I am an older woman he wanted me to test drive both of them to make sure I was comfortable with the handling and stiffer suspension of the SE. I appreciated his concern but I was happy with the SE so I stayed with my original decision.
Marilyn Nelsen,
Rob called me back, less than one business day, after entering an interest via the internet about a Town and Country. Rob worked his magic to get me in this vehicle. He got me the vehicle to test drive and then kept me comfortable with a soda while he checked on things with his boss. He didn't leave me alone for long, even though he was working with another couple at the same time. I needed financing and couldn't afford more than what I was already paying for the vehicle I was trading in. First, Rob let me know about getting monies back from coverages I had on my trade-in and then he got me approved for financing through Wilde. Next, Matt worked hard to find a way to keep my payments low. Matt listened to my needs and found a way to get me the payments I could afford. He worked fast at this, for I wasn't feeling well. He was well organized and prepared.
Both these men were polite, helpful, and friendly.
Thanks Wilde Toyota, Rob and Matt!Beverly Kintopf,
I've done a lot of car shopping, and Larry is the only salesman i'd go back to. He worked harder than anyone to make my experience worth while. The honesty and overall friendliness he showed is truly what made me purchase my vehicle. When I was first shopping, I came in on a day that Larry was not working, after recieving a call from him a couple days earlier. I believe the other person i dealt with was Joe Buck... anyways, if he was my salesman the whole time, I wouldn't have bought the vehicle. It meant a lot to me that Larry was really easy to deal with and did everything he could to give me the best service and allow me to get my car quickly and affordably. He was more than willing to work with me, and it was a nice change to see that some salesman are worried about their customer service more than their commission. Because of Larry and all of his help, I will undoubtedly be coming back to Wilde next time I am shopping for a car.
-Thank You,Jacob Metz,
We had a wonderful experience in purchasing out 2 Toyota Highlanders. Jamie Shay, as our primary contact made it happen for us. He is an asset to the Wilde Toyota team. We look forward to a continuing relationship with your dealership.
Mike & Nancy Barber,
I very much enjoyed working with Bill Grunert. My wife and I were both looking at replacing our leased vehicles. Bill helped find a 2009 Camry in the configuration and price that we were looking for. I was looking for a truck but decided to let the lease run out due to being laid off. Bill was very helpful and very knowledgable about what Toyota had to offer -- he explained the features in great detail - which I enjoyed. I knew the sales strategy well for discuss Toyota versus the competition without sound overly biased. He never lost his cool ever when we were asking for things that were probably outside the realm of reality. I loved his patience an williness to work with us no matter what.
My best recommendation is that I'd search out Bill when were we are ready to buy another vehicle. He's a credit to the dealership.Bill and Pat Ray,
Bought a used vehicle Friday from Kevin. When I first arrived at lot he came by introduced himself and said he'd let me look and to just ask if I had questions. He definitely didn't come on too strong. Sometimes you can get swarmed at a dealership...especially when its not too busy.
We drove a bunch of different cars and he was always pretty quick to spot us pulling back in and came out with a new set of keys for the next vehicle.
Kevin was real friendly and seemed like just a regular guy...(he drives a prism-no offense Kevin!) Its hard to believe what some salesman say sometimes when you see them pull out of the lot in a Benz later that night. He Didn't try to force us to buy or get a quick sale done. He took his time with us and even waited around till after close so we could come back and take home car that night.
Overall was a good experience. We ended up buying the car we came to look at but were able to drive a bunch to make sure that was the car we wanted. The two people we dealt face to face with Kevin, and also John in finance were very friendly.
I gave the price a 5 because I feel we did get a good deal on the vehicle with the sales price compared to the prices we've seen at other dealerships, even though they claim the sales price is the bottom.(Some people always wanna get a little bit off) But on the other hand everything we had an issue with on the car that we would use to bargain they fixed on the spot while we worked out the financing. And the one issue they couldn't fix (radio back light slightly dim)they knocked off a couple hundred bucks in case we wanted to replace. But it seems fine. Id rather not waste time haggling over 500 bucks when the car is already a great deal.
The one thing I was a little surprised about...we actually laughed about it-- but when they filled up the tank for us they only put in half a tank of gas. First time I've bought a car where they did not top it off. Its only a $12 difference so not a huge deal...its just one of those nice things like a mint on the pillow.
Thanks again Kevin.Matt & Alicia,
